Utopia Theatre among 925 recipients to benefit from the latest round of awards
from the Culture Recovery Fund

This award will be used to protect the organisation’s sustainability and ensure
they are financially secure during their 2022 tour of Here’s What She Said to Me
by Oladipo Agboluaje, early next year.

Utopia brings African Theatre to Arcola’s Today I’m Wiser Festival

The Theatre will be running a double bill of ‘Here’s What She Said to Me’ by Oladipo Agboluaje and ‘And the Girls in Their Sunday Dresses’ by Zakes Mda at the festival. The performances, running from September 29th – October 2nd, 2021, will mark the companies first return to physical stages since the lockdown in 2020.
